Modesty, Honesty and Openness Should Become the Main Elements of Our Corporate Culture, - the Head of Samruk-Kazyna JSC Noted

“As part of reforming the Fund, we have identified transparency and accountability as one of the key priorities. This also applies to corporate culture: how open are we? how transparent are we?”, - Almassadam Satkaliyev noted, speaking at the meeting on implementation of the Plan for reforming the Fund. 

“Yes, the Code of Ethics of a civil servant does not apply to employees of the Fund group. But we are the largest representative of the quasi-public sector, the largest employer in the country, and we are under the close attention of the public, within the framework of our stated principles of openness and accountability,"” - the Head of the Fund stressed. 

“The Fund is an employer for a quarter of a million people. Each of them should have the opportunity to address their questions to the Head of any level. And most important: get a full, high-quality explanation. It is important for people to understand that they will be heard,” - Almassadam Satkaliyev underlined.
