This year, the young specialists of the Fund actively participated:

- in the flood loss measures in the regions of Kazakhstan,

- in the charity run “Charity Samruk Marathon – 2024” (more than KZT125 million was raised for the opening of 5 inclusive classes in Astana schools).

Gibrat Auganov, the Managing Director of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, noted that the main priority in the Fund’s personnel policy is human capital.

Today, the group of companies employs more than 80 thousand specialists under the age of 35.

The youth of the Group actively participates in the implementation of the initiative of the Head of State “Taza Kazakhstan”.

Thus, the Fund holds an environmental challenge “Taza Kazakhstan Senen Bastalady”.

After the official part of the event, about 100 employees of the Fund’s subsidiaries engaged in plogging in Almaty. This is a fairly new trend that is gaining popularity in Kazakhstan – running combined with garbage collection.

Thus, the Fund’s staff cleared the bank of the Bolshaya Almatinka River.
