The parties discussed the best practices of corporate governance in state-owned enterprises.

Recall that the corporate governance system of the Fund complies with the generally recognized principles of the OECD and the provisions of the UK Code. It regulates compliance with the hierarchy of the order of issues consideration and decision-making, clear delineation of authority and responsibility between bodies, officials and employees.

On July 18, during a meeting with representatives of the World Bank and specialized agencies of other countries, Aidar Ryskulov, Managing Director for Economics and Finance of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, presented the Dividend Policy of the Fund. Following the meeting, the World Bank representatives highlighted the effectiveness and balance of the current Dividend Policy of Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
