By the decision of the Board of Directors of Real Estate Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC dated February 16, 2017, Arman Sharipbaiuly Zhetpisbai is appointed as a Chairman of the Management Board of Real Estate Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC.

According to the decision of the Board of Diorectors of Real Estate Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC dated January 25, 2017, powers of Baurzhan Jaimurzynovich Mamytaliyev as a Chairman of the Management Board of Real Estate Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC is early terminated.

Arman Sharipbaiuly Zhetpisbai was born in 1971. He graduated from Kazakh Chemical-Technological Institute (civil engineer), Kazakh Economic University named after Turar Ryskulov (economist). He also studied at Moscow International Finance and Banking School (Moscow), International Academy of Business (Almaty), Inteconference LTD with participation of molans and anier municipalitiens (Switzerland, Geneva), Leadership Foundation fo Higher Education (Great Britain, London), Nazarbayev University (Astana).



He has a huge experience of executive positions in government bodies, financial institutes, national and major private companies. Apart from working for «Alautransgaz» LLP, he occupied different positions in his career path: Director of the State Institution «Management of special economic zone «Ontystik», Director of Kazkommertsbank JSC in Kyzylorda, First Deputy of the Chairman of the Management Board of Kazkommertsbank Kyrgyzstan JSC, Deputy Akim of South Kazakhstan oblast, Akim of Shymkent city.

Before the position of the Chairman of the Management Board of Real Estate Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC, he was a Managing Director of Kazatomprom NAC JSC.

He doesn't hold shares of Real Estate Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC, as well as shares of suppliers and competitors of Real Estate Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC.
