NC “Kazakhstan Engineering” JSC rescheduled the Dutch auction for the sale of 98.56% shares of “Instrument-Producing Plant “Omega” JSC from January 26 to February 14, 2017.

The starting price of sell of 98.56% shares of “Instrument-Producing Plant “Omega” JSC-KZT 1 469 475 000.

The guarantee fee payment makes KZT 68 070 000.
 
“Instrument-Producing Plant “Omega” JSC produces equipment for the railway industry, marine desalination systems, telecommunications, medical and military equipments, generators for the oil and gas industry. It is located in Uralsk.

1,4% shares of “Instrument-Producing Plant “Omega” JSC belongs to the individuals (labour collective).

It should be noted  that the first auction for the sale of 98.56% shares of “Instrument-Producing Plant “Omega” did not take place on December 27,2016 because the number of participants registered was less than two at the time of bidding.
