«NAC «Kazatomprom» JSC plans to sell 51% stake in JV “KT Redkometalnaya Kompanya” LLP.

The Dutch electronic auction will take place on January 20, 2017.

The starting price was set to be KZT 98 673 000.

JV “KT Redkometalnaya Kompanya” LLP produces and sells rare-earth metals, as well as implements projects in the field of renewable energy.

The English and Dutch electronic auctions scheduled on November 18 and December 21, 2016 respectively did not take place because the number of participants registered was less than two at the time of bidding.
