The Dutch electronic auctions for the sale of 51% stake in JV “KT Redkometalnaya Kompanya” LLP did not take place on the planned date. The auction had to be cancelled because the number of participants registered was less than two at the time of bidding.

 51% stake in JV “KT Redkometalnaya Kompanya” LLP belongs to «NAC «Kazatomprom» JSC.

 The starting price is KZT 98 673 000.

 JV “KT Redkometalnaya Kompanya” LLP produces and sells rare-earth metals, as well as implements projects in the field of renewable energy.

It should be noted that the English electronic auction also could not take place on November 18, 2016, because less than two participants registered for participation.
