KazMunaiGas-Service LLP has auctioned off for KZT 635.76 m Lyazzat LLC, in the structure of which is the recreation center Ak-Maral.

100% stake in Lyazzat LLC  was sold via Dutch auction.

The starting price was indicated at KZT 1 176 553 000.

The facility is located in Issyk-Kul region (Kyrgyzstan), the main activities: construction and operation of hotels, rest houses, restaurants, bars, residential and administrative buildings.

The guarantee fee for participation in the bids was KZT 68 070 000.
