Samruk-Kazyna is negotiating with foreign investors on sale of 8 assets, CEO of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, Umirzak Shukeyev, said at the government meeting.
According to the CEO, on behalf of the Government, work is being done with foreign investors, from the second list about 8 assets will be bought by foreign investors - Transmashholding, Electric Locomotive - Alstom, Tulpar-Talgo, General Electric and others.
75 percent of assets out of 217 assets (162 assets) are coordinated with the State Commission on the way of organization. All assets are sold on the site of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"We are now focused on the assets that are included in the Top-65, 6 contracts of sale now on signing, 7 - excluded from the PPRK, the remaining 80 assets are now being implemented, of which 63 assets in accordance with the instructions of the Head of State are planned to be implemented in a short time Until 2018, of which 34 are assets in 2017, and 29 in 2018. 9 assets - our subsidiaries, will be withdrawn for IPO beginning from the end of 2018, " Shukeyev said.
