Microsoft is lecturing for two days to the participants of the Internship Program “Digital Summer – 2018” of Samruk-Kazyna JSC and its portfolio companies.  The Microsoft specialist on data analysis instruments Sanzhar Myrzagalym told about it during the course “Advanced Analytics by means of Power BI”today. He underlined theimportance of IT technologies and saidhow interns coulduse breakthrough technologiesto be competitive in the labor market.

“In our lectures we try to show the latest trends that will help the interns become competitive. We deliver lectures on data analysis and demonstrate how to use the Microsoft most advanced technologies for big data analysis. In fact, it is a hot issue because the knowledge received from the lecturers will be of great importance for the interns. Since the universities do not teach this, we are trying to provide them with updated information”- said Sanzhar Myrzagalym.

According to Microsoft specialist, IT technologies develop very fast and it is important for people to update this knowledge constantly. For example, many universities now teach a program that was approved several years ago which is unacceptable in the IT market. According to Sanzhar Myrzagalym, the program should be annually updated as the market of new technologies is being renewed.

On June 6, 2018, Samruk-Kazyna JSC and the Group of Companies launched the internship program “Digital Summer-2018”. One of unique features of this program is that during the training process the interns will gain invaluable experience and knowledge to give them the opportunity to be one up in the competitive and dynamic IT as well as to get practical experience in working with the products of SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, HP, IBM and Huawei.

All the 2016-2018 graduates could apply for the Digital Summer-2018 on the Fund’s official web-site www.sk.kz. The important requirement was the interest in IT and desire to contribute to the development of IT in the Fund’s Group.
