The Samruk-Kazyna Fund donated five socially significant objects to the akimat of the region: the Museum of H. A. Yassaui, a 7,000-seat stadium, the Palace of schoolchildren, the Congress hall and the building of the regional branch of Kazpost JSC.

The construction of new facilities in Turkestan began in October 2019 as part of the signed Memorandum of cooperation between the Fund and the Governor's office of the Turkestan region.

Thus, the five social facilities handed over to Turkestan are one of the results of the work done.

"Since the beginning of the year, we have started construction of six objects of social significance. The first of them - an amphitheater, was commissioned at the beginning of the year, the remaining five we are ready to donate to the Governor's office of the Turkestan region. I would like to note that the mayor's office provided significant support during the construction," Akhmetzhan Yessimov said.

In turn, the Governor of the region thanked the Fund for its contribution to the prosperity of the region, thereby signing a new Memorandum on contribution to the development of the Turkestan region.

"As part of the order of the First President of the country - Elbasy N. A. Nazarbayev to modernize Turkestan, the national welfare Fund "Samruk-Kazyna", headed by you, has successfully completed the construction of five most important socially significant objects in the regional center," Umirzak Shukeyev said.

Meanwhile, the Fund continues to implement a number of projects in the field of gasification, electric power, e-Commerce, postal services, information and communication infrastructure in the region. Special attention is paid to the development of the social sphere and improving the well-being of the local population.

Let us recall, in 2019, the Fund took an active part in the restoration of the city of Arys. The Fund restored 68 social infrastructure facilities in the city of Arys, including 16 schools, 36 kindergartens, 8 health facilities, 4 sports facilities, a College, a railway station, the walk of fame and the Central square.
