"Samruk-Kazyna" group of companies summed up the results of the competition of professional skills among women working in the production sector. Representatives of the railway, postal, oil, machine-building, metallurgical, energy and other industries took part in the competition "Koktem Shuagi".

The main goal of the competition is to increase the prestige and popularization of industrial professions among women, as well as to build a system of motivation that encourages career growth.

 "The share of women in the total staff of the Fund group is 28% and has more than 83 thousand people. These are very good indicators, taking into account the specifics of the production activities of the Fund's portfolio companies, where "men's professions" traditionally prevail in production, associated with heavy physical labor. The competition was held in several stages in the period from February to March of this year. From each portfolio company of the Fund, 5 representatives of industrial professions with professional achievements, awards and work experience in the profession of at least 7 years took part in the competition. 11 employees, each representing one portfolio company of the Samruk-Kazyna Group of companies, qualified for the final.
