Samruk-Kazyna Group is engaged in a massive effort to vaccinate the bulk of its employees against COVID-19. 

On 6 May, a vaccination center was set up in the head office of Samruk-Kazyna with support from the Nur-Sultan Directorate of Health Service.

In addition to previously immunized employees, more than 100 persons got the first dose of the vaccine.

TOP Management of Samruk-Kazyna was the first who joined this action. The CEOs of Samruk-Kazyna Group demonstrated their COVID-19 vaccination.

At this moment, 40% of Samruk-Kazyna employees got the first dose of vaccine.  "Collective immunity" will appear at the level where the circulation of the virus can be stopped only when at least 60% of people are vaccinated. The benefits of getting the COVID-19 vaccine are the opportunity to work offline, in the office, to visit sports and cultural activities, to travel without PCR test. 

As part of the execution of the president's order to support vaccination campaigns, Fund financed the acquisition of one million doses of Hayat-Vax vaccine produced in the UAE. Samruk-Kazyna develops new approaches in the struggle against the coronavirus and provides incentives to increase vaccine coverage.

The Ministry of Health has supported vaccination and helped distribute 250 000 doses to Samruk-Kazyna Group, with the remaining 750,000 distributed to all interested. And more than and including through mobile teams at the production sites.  

Hayat-Vax is the UAE-produced version of the Sinopharm vaccine. It is optional for several countries of the Persian Gulf, China, Latin American states. Based on practice (more than 50 million doses have been implemented) and intermediate results of vaccination, the effectiveness of Hayat-Vax is 79.3% against COVID-19 infection, and 100% prevents moderate to severe cases of the disease. The vaccine is for persons 18+, especially for the elderly who suffer from chronic diseases without their exacerbation.

There is the certificate for vaccines QazVac,  Sputnik, and Hayat-Vax for use in Kazakhstan.
