To implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Councils,” in accordance with the Regulations on the Public Council of the Joint Stock Company "National Welfare Fund" Samruk-Kazyna, “approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 22, 2021 No.828, the Public Council of Samruk-Kazyna JSC consists of:

1) Umirzakov Eldos, General Director of the Center for Social Interaction and Communications - head of the working group 
2) Abildaev Almaz Syzganbekovich, an expert in the field of energy, PhD 
3) Mukhamedsaliev Marat Okhapovich, Director of the Public Relations Department of Samruk-Kazyna JSC

Following the results of the first meeting, the working group on the formation of the Public Council of Samruk-Kazyna JSC made the following decision: 

1) Determine the number of members of the Public Council of Samruk-Kazyna JSC - 10 (ten) people. 
2) Place an announcement on the competition for the election of members of the Public Council on the official website of Samruk-Kazyna JSC on December 8, 2021.
