Today, Almassadam Satkaliyev, the CEO of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, has met with the heads of J.P. Morgan International Investment Bank in the CIS and Central Asia, Mr. Jan Tavrovsky and Mr. Timur Kunanbayev. 

The parties have discussed the prospects for the exit of JSC NC KazMunayGas and Air Astana JSC to IPO, and possible adjustments to the structure of the IPO due to the geopolitical situation in the region. 

The Fund has previously collaborated with J.P. Morgan in the framework of the exit of JSC NAC Kazatomprom for IPO in 2018, and in the subsequent secondary offering in 2019.
