The signed documents include:

• A Framework Cooperation Agreement on Dredging Operations between Samruk-Kazyna JSC and China Communications Construction Company Limited (CCCC);

• A Joint Development Agreement for the Construction of a Pumped Storage Hydropower Plant between Samruk-Energy JSC and China International Water & Electric Corporation (CWE);

• A Shareholders’ Agreement for the 1 GW Wind Power Project in the Zhetysu Region between Samruk-Energy JSC and SANY Renewable Energy;

• An EPC Contract for the Construction of Infrastructure Facilities within the National Petrochemical Industrial Technopark Special Economic Zone between Samruk-Kazyna Ondeu LLP and PowerChina SEPCO1 Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd.

At the Kazakhstan–China Transport and Logistics Business Forum, Samruk-Kazyna Group also signed a series of agreements aimed at advancing transport infrastructure, accelerating the digitalization of logistics, and expanding international cooperation.
