A strategic session was held in Almaty to explore how artificial intelligence is already transforming business operations and which approaches enable the successful adoption of AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. Participants reviewed international case studies, along with practical approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of AI solutions, managing risks, and scaling successful initiatives.

Particular attention was given to the safe and responsible use of artificial intelligence, including data quality, transparency in decision-making, human oversight, and the appropriate boundaries of AI autonomy. Participants also discussed which business challenges can already be addressed with AI and where critical decisions should continue to remain under human control.
