Samruk-Kazyna JSC hosted the information and educational conference, Employee Health as a Driver of Sustainable Economic Development. The event brought together occupational health and industrial hygiene professionals from the Fund’s group of companies, representatives of the medical community, research institutions, and developers of digital health solutions.

Across the Fund’s group of companies, initiatives are being implemented on an ongoing basis to promote employee health, improve working conditions, expand preventive health programmes, and strengthen the culture of occupational safety.

Gibrat Auganov, Managing Director of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, noted that employee health is an integral part of the occupational safety system and one of the key drivers of the companies’ sustainable development.

During the conference, participants discussed modern approaches to safeguarding the health of the workforce, preventing occupational diseases, and integrating digital solutions into occupational health and safety.
