On July 25, Astana hosted the KT Growth Forum, an annual forum organized by Kazakhtelecom JSC for employees and invited guests. This year’s event was held under the slogan “Digital Transition and Leadership” and brought together leading experts in the field of digitalization, management and personal growth.

Digitalization today is not just a trend, but a necessary condition for the sustainable development of the country, business and human capital, Nurlan Zhakupov, Chairman of the Management Board of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, noted in his welcoming speech.

He noted that digital transformation is one of the key directions of Samruk-Kazyna’s strategy. The Fund implements IT platforms, automates processes, develops analytics, and increases management transparency. Digitalization is seen as a tool for real change, from procurement to asset management.

It was also emphasized that the Fund’s group companies are becoming sources of sustainable change, which requires not only modern technologies, but also a new management approach — flexible, focused on long-term value and the interests of society.
